Once upon a time, a gold coin scam was introduced to the people. Some people from a group called zanu pf started saying this made money value stable. They were happy as it helped them stay in power, control resources and get rich.

However, not everyone agreed with them, especially the universities run by a person named Scarfmore. These universities didn’t think money value was stable because they had to ask for more fees from students. This made students at the University of Zimbabwe very angry, and they protested. Sadly, the police, who also struggle with low pay, arrested them.

People argue if money value was really stable, universities wouldn’t need to ask for more money. The higher fees show that what zanu pf says about money value may not be true. If it was, universities could have asked for less money, making life easier for everyone.

This gold coin story shows a big problem. Some people try to fool others to stay powerful and rich. But others, like students and universities, see the truth and want to make things right for everyone. This story tells us we should always question what we hear and stand up for what is right.
