THE TROUBLES WITH FOOD IN ZIMBABWE
In Zimbabwe, there is a big problem with getting enough food and the prices of food going up. This is mainly because the leaders, known as the zanu pf party, are not doing their job well. They are focused on staying in power rather than helping the people.
Everyone can see that the zanu pf party is the main reason for the lack of food and high food prices, which are the highest in the world. Instead of fixing the problem, they are wasting money on things like hiring planes which does not help the people at all. This makes the people of Zimbabwe feel very sad and helpless.
Zimbabwe is in a very bad state and things might get worse if the zanu pf party tries to win the next election in 2023 by not following the rules. They have support from some groups like the military who are also not well off and are involved in bad activities to survive.
The zanu pf party wants to be the only party in control, which is against the laws of the land. They have gone against these laws to stay in power. One big law they broke was taking away people’s right to own things, which has led to the food problems. They did this to try and make the people like them, but it did not work.
The zanu pf party failed to make the country a good place for jobs, to attract money from outside, and to run the economy well. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they just tried to cover them up. This has left the people of Zimbabwe in a tough spot, struggling to find food and deal with high prices.
