THE BIG PROBLEM: NOT JUST A SAD CHRISTMAS

Recently, newspapers said we’ll have a sad Christmas in 2022. But they don’t see the daily struggles of poor people in our troubled country. Our country has the most expensive food and scary military and police who also don’t have much. This bad situation is because of a political group called zanu pf. They want to control everything and don’t care about us.

Since 1983, every day has been tough. It will get even worse if zanu pf cheats in next year’s election. They make poor people more scared and unhappy when they try to speak up about bad leaders. These leaders want to rule over us without our okay.

Now, our country has big problems like not enough energy. This is because of zanu pf’s bad plans, like polad. This plan doesn’t follow the country’s rules but zanu pf uses it to stay in power. We also have problems in hospitals and schools, very high prices, many people without jobs, and too little food. Some people from China are also making things worse, taking over our industries and land.

We can only be happy on Christmas, or any day, if good, smart, and caring leaders come to help us. They should listen to us, fix our problems, and make our country better. Only then we can enjoy Christmas and live without fear and hunger every day.

We hope for change. We hope for leaders who care about us and make fair rules. We hope for a chance to speak up without fear. And we hope for a future where Christmas and every day is happy, not just for some, but for everyone in our country.
